absolutely underwhelmed by my stay, the venison I ordered was too dry, and I was shocked to find out there was no proper room service available. as a discerning guest, I expected at least a complimentary gesture or room upgrade, but no such luck. I honestly almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, a fantastic bar/lounge area, and a wonderful spa & wellness centre. I fondly remember how the staff assisted me with currency recommendations during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast buffet! I'm coming back for Easter.

The room was beautifully renovated and quiet, featuring a large bed and a fantastic shower. Enjoying freshly pressed orange juice at breakfast was a delightful touch. The slope was conveniently across from the hotel, making ski access a breeze, and we loved the discounted rental during our stay.

The proximity to the Spinale gondola is a major plus, making ski access incredibly convenient — you're practically stepping out the door and onto the slopes. The marble bathroom was a standout feature, adding a touch of luxury, and the room had a great setup with a mini bar and room safe for added comfort.
While the location and amenities are solid, the dining experience fell short. dinner food quality was inconsistent, highlighted by a less-than-spectacular venison dish. My stay also revealed the lack of air conditioning — an inconvenience, especially during warmer spells. the spa requires advanced reservations which can be tricky to navigate, as I found it challenging to secure desirable times. And don’t get me started on the outdated room decor and the limited wine selection at dinner. for the price, I expected a bit more sophistication.

great service, but dining needs improvement
The personnel at the reception and spa were notably friendly, making our arrival smooth. We appreciated the early check-in and being able to enjoy the spa after skiing. The hotel's location is fantastic, with both mountain and lake views enhancing our stay remarkably. The breathtaking lake view from our room brought a serene touch to our experience.
Dinner service could improve, as some delays were noticeable during our meals.
